Foreign Student Transfer Instructions: -

The student should submit the following documents for transferring from universities outside the Arab Republic of Egypt to Nahda university

Required Documents:

  1. NUB Application (FREE without charge) https://www.nub.edu.eg/foreign-student-application/
  2. Transcript of grades, Academic content, Original high school certificate, a copy of the passport.
  3. Scientific equivalence will be conducted for courses completed abroad.
  4. The student is RESPONSIBLE for the transfer FEES, which are collected for the benefit of the Central Department for Foreign Student Affairs (Wafideen) at the Ministry of Higher Education.
  5. It is necessary to note that dealing with or paying any fees through intermediaries is PROHIBITED. Instead, official dealings should be conducted directly with the university administration and NUB’s official contacts to prevent any form of fraud or deception.
  6. Up to 50% of the core credit hours MAX can be transferred from the previous academic plan.
  7. Students transferring from universities in CONFLICT ZONES may encounter difficulties in submitting original or authenticated copies of documents. In such cases, they must include a letter approved by the Ministry of Higher Education in their home country and authenticated by their country’s embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Alternatively, they can provide a letter from their embassy in Egypt to verify the accuracy of the documents submitted, eliminating the need for the academic level assessment test.
  8. The Ministry of Higher Education’s official transfer fee amounts to 1170 US dollars, as per the ministry’s instructions. Once the student’s data is uploaded into the system, the next step is to pay the Ministry of Higher Education transfer fees. This amount should be directly paid to NUB’s financial department against an official receipt issued by the university. Subsequently, NUB will pay this amount in full on behalf of the student to the Central Department for Foreign Student Affairs (Wafideen) at the Ministry of Higher Education. Please note that engaging intermediaries and financial contractors in any matters is strictly prohibited.
  9. Please note that the school will provide a partial scholarship up to $2000, which is collected on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt. This scholarship is aimed at alleviating the financial burden on students and their families. Students will be registered and issued an admission letter upon payment of the tuition fees for the first semester.
  10. Upon APPROVAL of all the submitted documents and fulfillment of all the Ministry of Higher Education’s requirements, the student may enroll in the anticipated program at NUB.
  11. Please complete the application process promptly to reserve a spot in the college you wish to enroll in.
