Oracle ERP implementer

Job Description

  • Analyze business processes and recommend Oracle application solutions to align with organizational needs.
  • Configure Oracle ERP modules, such as Financials, SCM, HRMS, or other related components.
  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct system testing, deliver user training, and provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with technical developers to ensure customizations and integrations meet functional requirements.
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify business needs and propose tailored Oracle solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive functional design documents for technical teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle’s latest product developments and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting , Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in Oracle applications consulting & implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain Management).
  • Expertise in creating functional documents, such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Design Documents (FDD).
  • Familiarity with Oracle implementation methodologies (e.g., AIM, OUM).
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
