On Sunday, August 13, 2023, the faculty of Business Administration – Nahda University organized a ceremony to honor the Staff, the supporting staff, and the administrators, for their distinguished efforts in obtaining the faculty’s accreditation. The celebration was attended by Professor Dr. Hossam Al-Mallahi – President of the University, Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Khadrawi – Dean of the Faculty, and Vice Presidents of the University, the Secretary General of the University, and a group of academic and administrative leaders at the University.

Prof. Dr. Hossam Al-Malahi, President of the University, emphasized during the celebration that institutional accreditation is an important indicator of excellence and academic achievement in educational institutions, as it requires the faculty to achieve strict standards and specific requirements. Thanks to the commitment of staff, administrators, and students to academic excellence, the Faculty of Business Administration succeeded in achieving this important accreditation, calling for the continuation of the same approach and excellence in the future.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Saleh Ayoub – Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, praised the achievement made by the Faculty of Business Administration in obtaining academic accreditation, which requires a great effort to achieve. He also praised the cooperation that took place between the Faculty and the University’s Quality Assurance Center until Achieve the goal of obtaining accreditation.

In the same context, Prof. Dr. Magdy Abdel Qader, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, praised the teamwork at the Faculty of Business Administration, appreciating the amount of effort and work that was made during the past period, and that the success achieved by the faculty with its cadres is an achievement to be proud of and to build upon for the future.

Dr. Ahmed Al-Khadrawi, Dean of the faculty of Business Administration, also stressed in his speech that this new achievement for the Faculty of Business Administration reflects the commitment of all the Faculty’s employees to provide a distinguished educational environment, and he thanked all the Faculty’s employees, including Staff and administrators, for their distinguished and effective role in achieving the goal of academic accreditation From the Quality Assurance and Education Authority.

The Faculty of Business Administration – Nahda University obtained institutional accreditation by decision of the National Authority for Educational Quality Assurance and Accreditation in its session held on July 26, 2023. This comes within the framework of the university’s endeavor to obtain academic accreditations for all its faculties and to consolidate its position, which has become among the ranks of international universities.

Dr. Hossam Al-Mallahi, President of the University, praised the achievement achieved by all employees of the Faculty of Business Administration, and that this comes as a culmination of a great effort and continuous work, which also coincides with Al-Nahda University obtaining the QS Global Star Classification certificate, becoming one of the 111 universities in the world. Bearing the four-star logo, he stressed the continuation of providing all aspects of support and assistance to all university colleges to achieve the desired excellence.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Khadrawi – Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, stressed that institutional accreditation is an important indicator of excellence and academic achievement in educational institutions, as it requires the college to achieve strict standards and specific requirements. Al-Khadrawi also stressed that these achievements achieved by the Faculty of Business Administration at Nahda University reflect their commitment to providing a distinguished educational environment, and to ensure the provision of high-level education that meets the needs of students and raises the level of knowledge and skills. In addition, institutional accreditation enhances the confidence of students and parents in the college. It is considered strong evidence of the quality of education and the institution’s commitment to international standards.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Suzan Saif-Allah Ibrahim, Dean of the College; Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Mofty, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs; and Dr. Khaled Al-Saudi, Director of the Continuing Education Unit, the Continuing Education Unit organized a scientific day.

The first lecture was titled “Proper Understanding of MRI with Illustration of TMJ Disc Interpretation” presented by Dr. Mohamed Elsherbini, Professor of Oral Radiology. The second lecture was titled “Implant Rehabilitation of Atrophic Ridge” delivered by Dr. Nahed Adly, Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. The third lecture, titled “Surgical Tips in Impacted Teeth Surgery” was given by Dr. Mohamed Adel, Lecturer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Suzan Saif-Allah, Dean of the College; Prof. Dr. Mohamed El-Mofty, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Affairs; and Dr. Khaled Al-Saudi, Director of Continuing Education Unit, Ramadan webinars were held online.

The first lecture was titled “2D vs 3D Imaging in Dental Radiography”, which was presented by Dr. Mostafa Mahmoud, Lecturer of Oral Radiology, Nahda University. The second lecture focused on “Treatment Protocols for Patients with Combination Syndrome”, which was presented by Dr. Ali Al-Sourori, Lecturer of Removable Prosthodontics. The third lecture discussed “Key Points in Dental Implant Esthetics”, which was presented by Prof. Hossam Barghash, Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Nahda University. The fourth lecture, titled “Pulp-Dentin Regeneration: Current Approaches & Challenges”, which was presented by Asst. Prof. Marwa Bedier, Assistant Professor of Endodontics.
